Standard cable ties are ideal for many classic applications in electrical installation, control cabinet construction and general cable bundling. However, when higher holding force, releasability, UV resistance or special material properties are required, it is worth looking at specialised versions.
The choice mainly depends on the application environment, load, material requirements, service access and weather exposure. For general applications, a standard solution is often sufficient. Releasable variants are useful for maintenance and retrofitting, versions with a steel tooth are suitable for higher holding force and UV-stabilised products are ideal for outdoor applications.
