Electro-hydraulic crimping tool STILO

The STILO electro-hydraulic crimping tool enables the fast and reliable indent crimping of tubular cable lugs and connectors up to 300 mm². With a crimping force of 60 kN, it processes different conductor cross-sections without interchangeable dies or time-consuming tool changes.

The foldable, continuously rotating crimping head makes working in confined spaces easier. The tool opening can be adjusted to three positions, while the triple axial piston pump provides rapid advance. The continuously variable force control supports consistent crimping across the entire cross-section range.

LED indicators provide information on the battery and tool status. The ergonomic tool is suitable for both right- and left-handed users. The scope of delivery includes an 18 V, 2 Ah lithium-ion battery, the LG8 charger and a plastic case.

Application: For crimping standard copper tubular cable lugs and connectors from 10 to 300 mm², tubular cable lugs and connectors for flexible conductors from 10 to 300 mm² and compression cable lugs from 10 to 240 mm².
