General-purpose ATEX stainless-steel switch-disconnector, IP66, low temperature

The general-purpose ATEX switch-disconnector in an AISI 316L stainless-steel enclosure, IP66, 20–63 A in a low-temperature version from the SCAME ISOLATORS-EX[GD] series is designed to safely isolate electrical loads in industrial hazardous areas. The surface-mounted versions are rated for 690 V at 50/60 Hz and are available in 3/4-pole configurations.
The corrosion-resistant stainless-steel enclosure is suitable for demanding chemical and atmospheric conditions. The handle can be secured with up to three padlocks in the OFF position and one padlock in the ON position. An earth stud is included. Depending on the rated current, M25, M32, M40 or M50 cable entries are provided. The SCAME colour code is BE.

Application: For isolation, maintenance and repair functions in Gas Zones 1 and 2 and Dust Zones 21 and 22, particularly under demanding ambient conditions.
