The straight ATEX CEE connector 16 A, IP66, with mantle terminals from the SCAME OPTIMA-EX[GD] series is designed for secure mobile power connections in industrial environments with explosion hazards. The II 2GD version is suitable for gas and dust atmospheres and is available with different voltage ranges, identification colours and hour positions.
The robust thermoplastic housing, mantle terminals, nickel-plated brass contacts and cable gland provide a reliable and durable connection.

Application: For extension leads and mobile power connections to machinery and plants in industrial hazardous areas.
